Microsoft 365 Copilot Training Programme

Turn Microsoft 365 Copilot into a daily advantage.

A practical, hands-on learning journey that moves your people from cautious curiosity to confident, everyday Copilot use — across the meetings they run, the documents they write, the data they analyse and the work they delegate.

The business case

Why Copilot. Why now.

Three forces that make Copilot training the highest-leverage investment your team can make this year.

01Adoption

Licences alone don’t deliver value.

Most organisations roll Copilot out and then watch usage plateau within weeks. Structured training lifts adoption from “a few enthusiasts” to organisation-wide habit — protecting the licence spend and accelerating payback.

02Safety

Confidence comes from clarity.

Your people are already using AI somewhere. The question is whether they’re using it inside your tenant, with your data boundaries — or in unmanaged tools. We teach the difference, and what “enterprise AI” really means for security and IP.

03Competitive edge

Speed is the new differentiator.

Teams that have learned to delegate to Copilot ship proposals, reports and analyses in a fraction of the time. The gap between trained and untrained users compounds week on week.

What changes after training

Hours of admin recovered every week, across every role.

Faster meeting follow-ups · cleaner data · better-written documents · searchable file stores · work delegated to Cowork · agents at work in the background.

The programme at a glance

Seven sessions. One arc.

The programme is sequenced — each session builds on the last, moving from awareness to everyday usage, then deeper craft across documents, data and files, then delegating whole tasks, and finally building intelligent agents your business owns.

AI literacy — now a duty

Responsible AI use, woven through every session.

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act requires organisations that deploy AI to ensure “a sufficient level of AI literacy” among the staff who use it — an obligation in force since 2 February 2025. Session 01 builds that baseline for every learner, and responsible, human-in-the-loop use runs through all seven sessions, so your organisation can evidence a real, ongoing literacy effort.

This is general information about the EU AI Act, not legal advice.

Our approach

How we train.

Six principles that make this training stick — long after the session ends.

Live, in your tenant

We train inside Microsoft 365 — your Outlook, your Teams, your files. No sandboxes. What you see is what you’ll use tomorrow.

Hands-on, not handed-down

Every session has an extended hands-on option. Learners try, get unstuck, and try again — with a senior trainer next to them in real time.

Sequenced for adoption

The seven sessions follow the real adoption curve: awareness, daily use, depth, analysis, knowledge, delegation, then building.

Vendor-honest

We’re candid about what works, what’s still maturing, and where the legacy and new experiences differ. Your team gets a realistic, current picture.

Champion-friendly

Your internal champions get extra context — the “why” behind each capability — so they can support colleagues long after the trainer has left.

Measurable

Every session ends with concrete “by tomorrow” actions. Adoption is something we measure, not assume.

Frequently asked

Good questions, honest answers.

How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered live and remotely over Microsoft Teams — so your team can join from anywhere and ask questions live or through the chat, learning inside the very environment they use every day.
Do we need Copilot licences before we train?
Ideally yes — the programme is built around live, in-tenant practice. We can run an awareness session for leaders pre-rollout, with hands-on training following the licence go-live.
Can the sessions be combined or split?
Yes. We commonly deliver Sessions 1–2 to a wider audience and Sessions 3–7 to power users and champions. We’ll shape the cadence to your team’s calendar.
Is the content kept current?
Microsoft updates Copilot frequently. We refresh the materials every cycle, so what you see in training matches what your team sees in their apps the same week.
How do we measure success?
Each session ends with concrete “by tomorrow” actions, and we follow up with adoption signals from Microsoft 365 usage analytics, agreed with you up front.
