This Microsoft Outlook 2013 Advanced training course explores time saving features in Outlook, Microsoft Word features that you can use when creating Outlook items, and various connectivity services (such as e-mail, SMS, and RSS) available in Outlook 2013

 

Delegates are shown how to use the search tools in Microsoft Outlook including searc folders. Delegtes will learn to automate repetative actions by createing simple rules, using the Rules Wizard, editing, and deletting rules. Delegates will learn to configure junk mail options, use the Junk E-mail folder, manage blocked and safe senders lists, and configure the phishing filter and automatic downloads.

 

Delegate will learn how to share a calendar, respond to a calendar sharing request, view another user’s calendar and use Schedule view. They will also learn to create and send a meeting request, use the Scheduling Assistant and Room Finder, respond to a meeting request, track responses, manage attendees and cancel a meetings.
